After a 20+ year career in direct sales and marketing, building sales, marketing and customer service teams for multi-million-pound businesses, coming out of the pandemic with a surprise baby and another on the way within 19 months of each other it became apparent that my old life just wasn't going to work anymore nor did I want it to.

Whilst I had thrived and built a successful career, with all the trappings, I realised there was more that I could offer, more that I could learn and more that I could achieve. 2023 saw me invest in myself and my business and I am ready to help you invest in and grow in yours.

With a passion for customer experience I believe that when we put out customers at the heart of our business, we can create more leads, sales and ease. I know that using courage will help you take the bold action needed to grow your business and we all need accountability and implementation to keep momentum and success.

My coaching style is high-touch and with tough love. You will feel seen, heard and supported, but challenged to push through comfort to get the results you want and deserve.

In November 2023 I launched The Joy Work Club, a business community to bring like-minded business owners together. Only a month into the launch of my business I could see how lonely being an entrepreneur could be, and as an introvert I knew I would get far too comfortable in my home office and it would stifle my growth. So, The Joy Work Club was born - A place where we can be ourselves, play to our strengths and get support for our weaknesses. Promote ourselves and our business whilst learning new skills to help us grow both personally and within our business.
